
Days after being released from Industrial Area remand on bail, Kiambu Govenor Ferdinand Waititu is out in the field ensuring projects are moving on smoothly.

The governor has inspected the ongoing Wangige Level Four Hospital and Kikuyu Market which is partly funded by the World Bank.
Mr. Waititu who has been barred from the county headquarters due to the ongoing case involving procurement of a sh 588Million tender says he will chair a meeting on Wednesday to discuss county developments.
Kiambu’s deputy Governor James Nyoro is howerver not happy and feels Waititu should let him be in charge of the county as long as the case is pending.
