Timmy Dat’s girlfriend Rosa Ree will be back to release music again sooner than expected.
The Tanzanian singer took to Instagram to announce that her ban in releasing music has been quashed.
From the letter she posted from Tanzania Music Regulatory board, also known as Baraza la Sanaa la Taifa(Basata), it reveals that her 6 months ban has been lifted and will instead pay a fine of Tsh 2,000,000 within one month.
Rosa Ree thanked the board and the country’s Minister of arts , information, culture and sports Mr. Harrison Mwakyembe pledging that she will fly Tanzania’s Flag high.

Basata banned the Banjuka hitmaker from taking part in any music-related activities for six months.
They made that decision because the song they released with Timmy Dat dubbed Vitamin U contained nude scenes from both rappers as they displayed their affection for each other.
This implies that Rosa Ree will not be allowed to perform in and outside the country, as well as release any new song for the period of the ban.
Following the ban, Rosa Ree and Timmy Dat pulled the video, edited it and uploaded a cleaner version.
