Reasons behind the firing of popular social media personality and radio presenter Aurther Mandela, better known as Xtian Dela, from NRG Radio have been revealed.
A local Kenyan blog which withheld its source claims that the management at the company was forced to ask Xtian to pack his bags after his constant misbehavior and indiscipline became intolerable.
It is reported that the self-proclaimed online guru became extremely rude and arrogant to staff and bosses due to his close proximity to the high and mighty in the media industry including Citizen TV news anchor Jeff Koinange.
“He often defied orders and went against management’s instructions,” adds the blog.
Ex-Kiss FM duo Shaffie Weru and Adelle Onyango
Adelle Onyango and Shaffie Weru earned approximately Ksh. 700,000 during their time at the Radio Africa Group outfit while the current crew reportedly takes home just under Ksh. 500,000.
The morning show has made headlines during past airings and has as a result attracted mixed reactions.
Andrew Kibe, Kamene Goro and Xtian Dela – The trio made a controversial switch from NRG Radio to Kiss FM a few months ago.
For instance, they it has faced criticism over their “vulgar” language and apparent lack of content.
Additionally, Kibe was arrested last year while on live show hence brewing more drama to their lives.
