Kenyan first rising rapper Kahush, has found himself yet in another controversy after a local publication claimed he was arrested in possession of bhang.
According to the blog, Kahush was not only in the company of six ladies, two of whom were underage, but also he was in possession of 50 rolls of bhang and engaging in an orgy at the time of his supposed arrest.
“Mutahi Kagwe Son’s Kahush has today been nabbed down by police officers in Ruiru today morning after he was caught with 50 rolls of marijuana and 6 ladies, two of them who are underage while they were partying and having group s* during the day,” reported the unreliable blog site.
Well, responding to the blog, Kahush shared a screenshot of the blog post on his Instagram stories and called out the publication for trying too hard.
He wrote, “You guys try too hard😂 .”
This is not the first time the singer has found himself in the headlines as earlier in the year his father was forced to explain to the public in a press conference why his son failed to adhere to coronavirus set rules and regulations after he was spotted in a house party on his birthday.
He however refused to take responsibility for his son’s actions blasting the reporter with his response.
“I do not have a son in my house who is below 18 years which means they are all adults. You can follow them and ask them,” he said.
Nevertheless, the CS in a past interview expressed his admiration for his son acknowledging that he is a very talented rapper.
“He is my youngest son, somewhere along the way Kahumburu became Kahush, he is a student and a rapper. And a good one too, I listen to his music sometimes, you know ‘Me Siwezi’ and so on and so forth,” he proudly spoke of Kahush.
