Otile Brown with his ex-lover Nabbi
A few months ago, Otile Brown and Nabayet were one of the most hyped couples in the country but decided to part ways after a swirling romance .
The split left many fans to wonder as to what really happended between the two. Earlier today ,Otile came out clean on the reason for the split .
On a post he shared on Instagram launching his new clothing line where he announced that a suit would cost Sh 40,000 , a fan slagged him off saying that people who can afford such suits, are hitting on his ex-girlfriend Nabayet . The fan went ahead to advice the Mapenzi Hisia hitmaker to go after her before she loses her for good .
“@otilebrown Dudes who can afford this suit are currently after your girl… you better go get Nabbi before it’s too late,” wrote the fan .
In his defense , Otile Brown said that Nabayet didn’t split with him because she was broke and that money was never her mottive as she was born around it .
In an song he composed and named it after her ex-lover , Otile Brown emotionally revealed that Nabbi left because she thought he was cheating, but it was only a test.
From the song , Otile says that he is a lover, but scandals have been a big obstacle in his quest to settle down, as ladies often judge him wrongly.
Otile goes on to ask Nabayet to come back promising to settle down with her if she wants to.
While she appreciated the effort, Nabbi seemed to suggest that damage had already been done and very little of the relationship could be salvaged.
“Dear in-laws y’all are the sweetest and I have seen your kind words and unwavering support since day one and I have no idea what I did to deserve such love. However, love is not a game, heartbreak is no joke. It’s going to take a lot more than a song to heal and rekindle. My heart will always beat for him but unfortunately life has brought us here. I appreciate the effort,” she posted.
