Last week, a social media user exposed Kenya Advisory Council of Texas Chairman Alex Karundu for having allegedly sent explicit content to an “underage” child.
In a post shared on a popular Kenyan Telegram channel, the lady claimed that the Managing Director of Seagate Holdings had been sending nudes to her 18-year-old daughter.

Days after the story went viral, close confidants of Mr. Karundu have come out to defend him; claiming the leaked videos and photos are a result of a botched extortion attempt.
They insist that contrary to the information published on the Telegram channel, the recipient of the said explicit images is not a minor but a 29-year-old Kenyan lady identified as Mary Mokeira.
Fresh screenshots doing rounds show Ms. Mokeira demanding $5,000 [about Ksh. 506,000] whilst threatening to leak the videos and photos – which they had previously exchanged in their erotic chats – if her deadline is not met.
One can only wonder why such a well connected man who lives a high end life in Texas left all the glory and beautiful ladies abroad and chose to hit on women back in Kenya; which ultimately landed him in this current mess.
