Akothee is the kind of woman who doesn’t mince her words. She says it as it is without trying to sweeten any of it. I bet that’s one reason some people often find her statements to be quite harsh.
But when it comes to motherhood, Akothee believes no mother should ever let her child be brought up by a stepmother no matter the circumstances.
The mother of five wrote an emotional message on her Instagram account, warning mothers to always be the ones to take care of their kids as they can never trust other women to give their children a motherly love and upbringing.
Akothee shared the message after seeing a post on a Tanzanian blog showing how a young girl had been beaten badly by an abusive stepmom.
Below is the post that prompted Akothee to send a warning message to mothers who are contemplating of leaving their kids under the care of stepmoms.

WOMAN CARRY YOUR CHILD WITH YOU ???????????? I will never ever leave my children behind for another woman to take care off.
This are the things that came into my mind when Papa Ojwang said he has a girlfriend now and he would like to settle with his son. ???????????? I stripped naked, became maaaad, unrealistic, insane, there is nothing I didn’t do.
I put my fame down and went straight into labor for the 6th time to protect my child????????. The magistrate plus the lawyers must have thought I overdosed on cocaine????????????.

From court that day my sister @cebbie_koks_nyasego said she will never ever have a child , if this sh*t is this messy ???? but I wonder why a mother would turn her back on her children and leave the child with a mother who never gave birth to them if they are still alive.
Mothers, what would make you leave your child to your husband while you are alive? Why don’t you leave with your child also, the same way you run for your life, why don’t you save your child too?
This woman who has done this, together with the mother of this child, belong in jail. May, God protect this girl child @wanawakelivetz save this child.
