A man has confessed to going through nightmares with his wife who was cheating on him with a police officer from a nearby Police Station.
Speaking to Radio Jambo on their segment “Ilikuaje” with Massawe Japanni, James Mumbi said he went through physical abuses in his marriage, with his wife being helped by a police officer.
Mumbi said problems started when they had their first baby after being childless for seven years. According to Mumbi, her wife ran away from home at least 10 times during their time together.
One instance she went to Mombasa and when she came back she was never the same again. She was overwhelmed by dark forces, became so violent and would order him to cook for her.
She then started cheating on him with a police officer. This is what James told Radio Jambo;
“Alishikana na askari fulani ambaye alikuwa anakuja, ananifunga pingu ananipiga kisha analala kitandani mwangu mbele ya watoto wangu. Bibi yangui naye anachukua mwiko na kunipiga.
“Yule askari kisha ananipeleka katika kituo cha polisi na ananiandikia kuwa nimefanya kosa la kuvuruga amani nyumbani mwangu mbele ya watoto.”
Mumbi also noted that his wife left when their kid was 7 months old and he has been taking care of the kid who is 13 years old now.
He says me go through hell and abuse in many homes, but avoid to speak out for fear of being laughed at and ridiculed as being weak.
