Miguna Miguna is not known to be the type that spares you whenever you make some illiterate-looking comments especially on a sensitive matter such as DP Ruto’s assassination plot claims.
During an interview on Jeff Koinange Live, Prof. Makau Mutua termed Ruto’s assassination as fake, claiming that the Deputy President has lost hope of being elected president come 2022 and is merely seeking political relevance and sympathy.
His comments captured the attention of the one and only Miguna Migua, who attacked Mutua over his sentiments, making him look like an uneducated fool who never went to law school.
“For someone who actually studied law even though he has never practiced it, Makau Mutua’s unrefined hypothesis on conspiracies to commit murder resembles a dictator’s toolbox: He posits that for an assassination plot to exist or be believed, the victim of the plot must die, first,” Miguna, who is an Osgoode trained lawyer, wrote on his Twitter.
It’s worth noting that Prof. Makau Mutua is a law graduate from Harvard University in the United States but has never practiced anywhere as a lawyer.
