Politician Sheila Karembo has proved to Kenyans that she was indeed a friend in need of the late Mariam Kighenda.
From camping at the Likoni Ferry channel to being there for Mariam’s widower during this difficult time, she is a true definition of a best friend.
The politician took to social media to narrate how she was overwhelmed with grief after visiting Jocham mortuary to view Mariam Kighenda and Amanda’s bodies.
I gathered some courage my friend to get into the morgue and see you, my friend. I felt like moving the cloth a little bit just to confirm it’s real that you will not wake up. We lay you to rest tomorrow Mariam and Amanda. I didn’t see Amanda it was hard for me. God you know why.
