How many of these mistakes women make in bed are you guilty of?
1. Assuming he knows what you want
Assuming that he knows exactly how to satisfy you, without you ever having told him may leave you bitterly disappointed when he doesn’t.
Remember: everyone is different and responds to different things in bed so speak up and ensure you ask him what he likes too.
2. Expect to have an orgasm every time from intercourse
A majority of ladies have not had an orgasm in their sexual.
Some of us need extra stimulation to climax during intercourse, and the rest of us only orgasm through manual or oral stimulation.
So don’t worry, it’s perfectly normal, and even better, there’s something you can do about it.
3. Focusing too much on experience
This can go two ways. Telling your partner about all your other partners may dent his confidence and make him worry that he won’t measure up.
On the other hand, being less experienced is nothing to be ashamed of — in fact it can make you more open-minded and more willing to talk about what each other wants.
Honesty is certainly the best policy, but leave that conversation for when you’re out of the bedroom.
4. Being afraid to initiate sex
This is the worst of all the mistakes women make in bed because it actually stops you from having sex! We’ve heard it for years that men think about sex more than women, but in today’s day and age, we’re going to go ahead and assume it’s a pretty equal desire.
Initiating sex with your partner will convey a sexy sense of spontaneity, and it’s almost a guarantee that he won’t turn you down.
5.Worrying what you look like
Worrying about what we look like is probably the most common of all the mistakes women make in bed. Confidence is the ultimate aphrodisiac and when you’re in the heat of the moment, we promise that no one is worried about how flat your hair is or how smudged your make-up is.
When you feel sexy, you ARE sexy, so do whatever you need to do to feel sexy — play some music, dim the lights, don stilettos or whatever!
