Morgan Heritage join the growing list of celebrities and politicians advocating for the legalisation of bhang in Kenya. Other notable personalities who have campaigned for marijuana’s legalisation include Octopizzo and Kibra Mp Ken Okoth.

The Jamaican artistes want the government to legalise the drug as it has no side effects. They claim that marijuana has a greater medicinal value than any other drug. They believe that it can treat several diseases.
The singers who recently had a show in Kenya attended an interview at Milele Fm where they openly expressed their support towards the legalisation of bhang.
” Marijuana does different things to different people. I understand the medical part of it. It is just a matter of time and they will be allowing it for medicinal purposes. It has been proven that it has more benefits than harm,” said one of the group’s member.
What’s your take. Should the drug be legalised?
