Embakasi East MP Babu Owino has been released from custody but hit with very tough conditions.
After going to court today, it was revealed what his conditions consisted of. The court ruled that he should post a Ksh10 million bail.
He was ordered to pay the hefty amount in four installments, with the first payment sufficing to guarantee his release.
Magistrate Francis Andayi ordered Babu to continue paying for the treatment of Dj Evolve and also restricted from taking alcohol or any narcotic drug.
Earlier today, the family of Felix Orinda popularly known as DJ Evolve, who was shot and seriously wounded by Embakasi East MP Babu Owino, has opposed the release of the lawmaker on bond/bail.
The ODM legislator was locked up earlier this year after the B Club shooting incident .
