Tanzanian socialite Hamisa Mobetto has finally spoken after claims that she was with Diamond the same night that Tanasha’s EP launch went down.
The rumours popped up after Diamond issued an apology on social media explaining why he had to attend to an emergency in Tanzania and was, therefore, not able to attend Tanasha’s EP Launch.
A few days ago, a clip that surfaced online seemed to convince fans that Hamisa was hanging out with Diamond after claims that the two were spotted in a car and fled as soon as people noticed them.
In an interview by a Tanzanian TV station Clouds Plus, she came clean saying that she is single and is happy, maintaining that there is no man that she is currently crushing on or even one that she wants to be with.
“Niko single, I am very much single, happy being single. Siko katika relationship yoyote. Hakuna mwanaume yeyote ambaye yuko kwa mwanamke mwengine ambaye namtamani ama nataka kua nae.”
She added that it is always hard for her to answer everything that people post on social media or blogs because “anyone who has a phone can write whatever they want”.
“Itakua ngumu sana kujibu kila kitu kinachoandikwa kwa mitandao, kwa sababu mwisho wa siku mtu yeyote ambaye ana simu anaweza kuandika.”
The mother of two told viewers that she loves privacy in her life and cannot be bothered by what people say about her.
