Fierce cop Hessy Dandora has admited that Purity Mwambia’s documentary on Citizen TV titled “Guns Galore” in English and “Silaha Mtaani” in Kiswahili, is a reflection of what is happening.
He said, “My stand is still the same, yesterday, today, tomorrow and forever. Mimi na majambazi ni kama maji na mafuta. They HATE ME coz nawakatizia shughuli zao.”
Hessy sent out a warning,
“Kama walikuwa wanafanya izo shughuli za kijinga na polisi kitambo, iyo ni yao and at no given time will i have time to interview an armed gangster the source of his guns,… Tukipatana, yule amepata kichwa, bahati yake na maisha inasonga.”

Hessy added,
“#CITIZEN_TV you did very well by exposing the dirty games being played by some police officers, at least its an eye opener to all of us to be extra careful while in the field. There’s an issue i would wish you to clarify here: you said, the late #Mwas aka #Mwaskana was to lease his Kenya police pistol to you unfortunately, u received news that he had been shot dead and his gun recovered by the police: and the said gun belonged to Dandora police station.”
He continued,
“Now, on my post i have attached two photos of the postol that was recovered from the said gangster a Jericho pistol (KE KP 33441078) in 2019 one week after the same pistol killed a KENYA AIRFORCE SERGEANT directly opposite Super Loaf primary school at Baraka Mowlem area.”
He noted,
“Let me cut the long story short by categorically, boldly and courageously state here that the pistol DID NOT, DOES NOT AND WILL NEVER belong to Dandora police station. You did well by exposing some of the things we didn’t know, but kindly do your investigations properly and keenly so that you dont assassinate other innocent police officer’s characters.”

In the long post addressed to Citizen TV, Hessy explained,
“I have taken my time to go through your documentary and i can say, i saw you passing at Dandora police station gate, why didn’t you enter the station to inquire more about Mwaskana’s gun? You decided to choose Dandora as your center of operation because of the bad name Dandora has (a home of criminals) but apana chafulia ofisas wa Dandora jina.”
The most feared cop detailed how pistols are stolen and end up in Dandora after criminal gangs are shot down.
“We all remember a pistol that was stolen from Deputy Chief justice’ bodyguard after being shot in broad daylight in Nairobi CBD was recovered in Dandora.
A pistol stolen from a diplomatic police who was shot dead in Kayole, was recovered in Dandora.
A pistol stolen from a Ruaraka police officer shot dead at Allsops stage along Thika Super highway, was also recovered in Dandora and many more recoveries.”

Hessy went ahead to encourage his fellow crime fighters.
“Apana shituka sana na iii maneno, the officer who signed this gun was from a different police station, not Dandora and i believe he or she explained the circumstances under which this pistol got lost. The war on gangsters is still on, so kama wewe ni jambazi iba 2 ukiangalia citizen tv na tusikujue coz sisi na majambazi ni kama maji na mafuta.”
